Payal and Vinay – Bali and Singapore

They chose Bali and Singapore for their low key honeymoon

Payal, a Research Analyst with Zacks Research and Vinay, a Senior Analyst with Fractal Analytics, Gurgaon both hail from Kolkata and they tied the knot in their home town on May 24th. The couple initially considered a variety of destinations like Turkey (Istanbul, Ankara & Antalya) and even Ladakh before zeroing in on Singapore and Bali.”Both of us are beach lovers, and we were going to Bali during the non-peak season, we wanted to avoid the rush and crowds, so it made a lot of sense to go there”, says Vinay. Stay and Visits

In Bali we stayed at the Courtyard Marriott (Nusa Dua), and visited Potato Head (Seminyak), Kuta market, Kuta Beach. In Singapore we stayed at Hotel Wanderlust (Dickson Road), and visited Universal Studios, Bugis market, Marina Bay Sands, Little India and Mustafa Center among other places.

Recommendations

– Try and include as many weekdays in your vacation as possible (really helps in beating the rush) – Pick the location for your hotel depending on your tastes (Nusa Dua for peace and quiet, Kuta for shopping, Seminyak for clubbing).
