Priti and Aditya, Seychelles
Adrenalin pumping, pulses racing – romance and adventure were the perfect combination on Priti and Aditya’s honeymoon!
Few places on the planet can match Seychelles in natural beauty or authentic culture. The archipelago is warm, welcoming and offers both the privacy to immerse yourself in your twosome as well as the opportunity to explore the wide, wonderful world outside.
Priti and Aditya decided to spend their first days as man and wife in this idyllic paradise and came home with hearts full of memories.
How we met
“We met in Goa on the 31st of December 2014. I was studying there and Priti had come to celebrate the New Year. We were introduced by a mutual friend and we traveled all over with my college group. It was a great opportunity to get to know her and I began to like her.
A week after she left we connected on Facebook and ended up spending a lot of time talking to each other. We realized that we had more things in common than we originally thought. She loves to travel and we started taking trips to places in India. Within six months we had made up our minds about whom we wanted to spend the next ten decades of our lives with.”
“We wanted a serene destination with the right mix of sites to see and leisure. There was also the time of year to consider – December means a lot of destinations are quite cold. But Seychelles had beautiful weather and we decided to go ahead with this island nation in the Indian Ocean.”
“Our trip was divided into two parts. First, we hung out at the Sainte Anne Resort & Spa at Ste. Anne Island. The resort covers the entire expanse of the aisle and offers plenty of water sports. We went snorkeling, kayaking, scuba diving and we had a blast taking part in all these activities and pumping adrenaline into our veins!
For the second half of the trip, we stayed in Mahe and went island hopping. We booked a one-day tour and explored La Digue and Praline islands and fell in love with the beauty that nature has bestowed these places with. We even got a taste of the local life thereby opting to use public transport and visiting the local market in Victoria. These were possibly some of the best things we did during our visit.”
Most Romantic Meal
“During our stay at Sainte Anne Resort & Spa, the resort organized a special dinner where we also got to try some delicious French cuisine. The food was delightful and the night, certainly one of the most romantic.”
