Wedding Functions
Welcome Lunch and Mehndi
The mehndi function was imagined with decor inspired by Rajasthani artistry, which the bride contrasted with her choice of a contemporary lehenga saree in crimson. The ruffled layers of the skirt and gorgeous mirror detailing of the blouse added an interesting dimension to the Arpita Mehta ensemble, which she teamed with green polki earrings, wavy tresses, and muted smokey makeup.
Sangeet
For her glamorous Sangeet, the bride opted for an edgy Amit Aggarwal creation in metallic hot pink. The ruffled dupatta and stunning textured blouse with all-over flowers made for an intriguing visual story against the structured skirt, all of which came together in one jaw-dropping creation. A delicate diamond necklace and sultry makeup perfectly offset the statement attire.
Haldi
For the lively Haldi celebration, everyone on the bride’s side including the bride adorned shades of cheerful pink. Matching the floral details and delicate organza flowers of the decor, the bride looked radiant in a Mrunalini Rao creation that paired a breezy layered skirt with a striking peplum blouse with gorgeous zardozi embroidery. Tanha wore fresh flowers as jewelry and in her long braid and dazzled with a rosy, fresh visage.
Wedding
In a fitting ode to Rajasthan’s desert beauty, the bride’s choice of lehenga in an unconventional sand hue was almost poetic! The Sabyasachi creation saw all-over intricate floral embroidery, the muted grandeur of which was perfectly accentuated by a statement Sabyasachi necklace with stones of fiery red and pink. With the quintessential bride bun and bold bronze makeup, the bride looked no less than a goddess.
