Raksha and Bhavik Jain’s destination wedding in Rajasthan was an ethereal celebration hosted at Raajsa Resort Kumbhalgarh. Accentuating the beauty of the surroundings with their innovative design concepts was WeddingSutra Favorite – Elusive Dreams by Pooja Doshi. Bringing the couple’s wedding dreams to life was WeddingSutra Favorite – Mokshiva Entertainment. On the other hand, WeddingSutra Favorite – Movie’ing Moments captured the couple at their stylish best as they celebrated one of the biggest days of their lives.
Wedding Planning
Surrounded by the raw beauty of the Rajasthani landscape, the couple decided to accentuate the existing beauty of their gorgeous wedding venue Raajsa Resort Kumbhalgarh. Understanding. Understanding their requirements perfectly, Elusive Dreams by Pooja Doshi designed their events. Pooja Doshi shares, “The couple was very involved in the design process. They knew exactly what they wanted and the groom was just as involved as the bride. The events were very different from each other and the couple unhesitantly went for off-beat themes.”
Mokshiva Entertainment who produced the decor also pulled all the stops as they orchestrated multiple events despite the challenges. Chetan Chauhan from Mokshiva Entertainment shares, “The climate was extremely cold which turned out to be quite a challenge for the team. Plus, the venue itself is rather huge so a bigger team was involved which, in turn, demanded smooth coordination. We hired more than 100 workers for the entire process. Plus, no corners were cut when it came to sourcing blooms as they were flown in from Bangalore, Jaipur and Mumbai.” Adding their creativity into the mix was Movie’ing Moments who with their photography skills ensured not a moment was missed as the couple took the plunge.
Weddings Functions
Haldi
Eschewing the usual yellow and orange hues for earthy tones, the haldi followed a bohemian theme. Hosted outdoors with a flowy ivory canopy protecting the guests, the decor included pampas grass, vintage furniture, teepees and colorful footstools that accentuated the earthy decor.
Circus Of Love
Aptly named the ‘Circus of Love’ this event was hosted under the starlit sky and flaunted whimsical decor elements. With a larger-than-life chrome horse and several carnival games that kept the guests occupied, this event had everyone shaking a leg as LED lights lit up the venue.
Wedding
Striking a fine balance between extravagance and elegance, the wedding was a dreamy event where the couple tied the knot surrounded by hills and tall trees. Pooja Doshi shares, “The wedding mandap against the tall beautiful trees of Raajsa Resort Kumbhalgarh was magical and looked spectacular, just the vision Raksha had in mind.” A chrome aisle line with blooms and a pink-hued mandap with acrylic pillars stood out against the clear blue sky creating picture-perfect memories.
Sangeet
Rather than opt for a formal reception setup, the couple chose to go with a laidback sangeet where they enjoyed an energetic dance performance. Lit up by fairy lights the decor at this event included cobalt blue furnishings, white blooms and a vast stage backed by LED screens.
