The effect of the COVID-19 Pandemic has been felt in the farthest reaches of the globe, derailing lives and events everywhere, many of which are weddings. While there is no diminishing the suffering of millions of people whose lives have been affected, one cannot help but be disappointed with the biggest occasion of your life being cancelled or postponed. We collaborated with leading wedding filmmaker Raj RJ to speak to eight brides-to-be about the realities of this experience and how they have dealt with the postponement of their wedding and the uncertainty of the situation. While they all are self-isolating with their families, their voices resonated as one with one central message, “We are all in this together”.
