Keeping the couple’s likes and dislikes in mind while adding their own creative twist to the decor, the planning team executed a series of incredible wedding celebrations. Team Bhagwati Weddings shares, “This wedding was a truly royal and unforgettable affair, characterized by opulence, attention to detail, and a perfect blend of tradition and modernity. After many iterations and meticulous planning, our team successfully executed the couple’s vision. However, the planning was challenging as the team had to battle unpredictable weather conditions which resulted in spontaneous changes. The team shares, “Despite the challenges posed by the rain during some events, our expertise and quick thinking ensured a smooth and memorable wedding celebration. In the end, everything worked out for the best as the couple was really happy with everything!”

Myra
Team Bhagwati Weddings shares, “Myra’s theme was a celebration of all things pink. The decor featured an array of pink shades, from soft blush to vibrant fuchsia, creating a joyful and feminine atmosphere. Carnival-inspired food and dessert carts adorned with colourful balloons and banners were strategically placed throughout the venue. These carts offered a delightful array of treats, from cotton candy, and popcorn to mini sliders and exotic drinks. Custom-designed carts carried wedding favours and gifts for the guests. Each cart was beautifully decorated and stationed near the exit, allowing guests to choose their mementoes on their way out.
Plush cushions, personalized with the couple’s names, wedding dates, and meaningful quotes, were thoughtfully placed on seating areas. Inspired by the bride’s passion, crystals were incorporated into the decor. Crystal centerpieces adorned the dining tables, and crystal accents were featured in the tableware. The venue was brimming with blush pink florals, from the enchanting archway at the entrance to the lavish centerpieces on dining tables. Roses, peonies, and orchids in shades of pink created a romantic and elegant atmosphere.”

Sufi Night
With a theme that revolved around the immensely popular Turkish evil eye motif, the Sufi Night was a magical one. The team shares, “The central theme of the Sufi celebration revolved around the evil eye motif, symbolizing protection and warding off negativity. A dedicated area was set up for a solemn prayer or blessing ceremony conducted by a spiritual leader. Soft, ambient lighting in warm golden tones created an ethereal glow throughout the space. Renowned Sufi artists performed soulful music and dance, captivating the audience with enchanting melodies. Deep royal blues, turquoise, and sapphire hues were used in the tablecloths, drapes, and decorative elements, evoking a sense of mysticism. Hanging lanterns in various shapes and sizes were suspended from the ceiling. These lanterns emitted a soft, warm glow, casting intricate patterns of light and shadow across the venue. Some lanterns featured the evil eye motif, adding to the theme’s charm.”

Throughout the venue, an abundance of chandeliers and blooming floral arrangements added a touch of opulence and romance. The ambience was further enhanced with soothing blue light, enveloping the entire space in a dreamy and enchanting glow. It was a night where love and luxury converged, leaving an indelible mark on everyone fortunate enough to be part of their celebration.”

Team Bhagwati Weddings shares, “The wedding was a grand affair with a colour palette dominated by rich reds and shimmering golds. To enhance the royal ambience, exquisite chandeliers were suspended from the ceiling. These ornate lighting fixtures added a touch of glamour and provided a warm, inviting glow to the venue. The couple’s desire for a royal sit-down dinner was fulfilled with beautifully decorated tables set up for the guests. These were furnished with elaborate place settings, gold-rimmed china, and crystal glassware. The decor was a blend of traditional Rajasthani elements and contemporary elegance. Richly embroidered table runners, red and golden drapes, and intricate floral centerpieces adorned each table. Golden accents, like candelabras and charger plates, complemented the colour scheme.
