Bring Spring To Your Ballroom Reception With Exotic Florals This Season

The spring season is universally symbolic of budding romance and new beginnings that blossom through the year. Below is a reception that exuded a similar vibe thanks to the exotic floral arrangements incorporated beautifully into the decor by WeddingSutra Favorite – Vivahhika.

“We wanted to create an elegant boho-chic ambiance and incorporated pampas grass and dried palms to create a soft and mythically inspired design. With a nature-inspired color palette, patterns like damask and trellis came to life. Of course, no wedding decor is complete without floral extravagance, and this reception was no exception. Exotic flowers such as peonies, green and purple brassica, astilbe, delphinium alongside lilium, calla lilies, tuberose, orchids, pastel gypsophila, and chrysanthemum were incorporated to create a wonderful visual effect.”
The highlight of the evening was the massive curvilinear canopy festooned with flowers and bird structures that towered above the stage. Custom made hexagon weave baskets paired with ceramic birds, flower fall walls, a 3D-metal cut bird panel, ombre gypsophila installations, and more, added to the grandeur of the reception setup.
