Aman Samani from Samani Decorators shares an overview of the concept and the reason why it was chosen, “The event was named ‘A Stellar Soiree’ and it was a fancy evening affair that transported guests into a dreamy world of a tunnel lit by a thousand fairy lights leading into the venue. The event was an escape into the retro world, where a perfectly lit stage added a dramatic look to the performances. Overall, the event promised to be a magical and memorable experience for all the attendees.
The objective was to create a memorable and glamorous evening for the sangeet event. Attention was paid to detail in the decor, lighting, and music to convey a sense of opulence and luxury. The event was a reflection of the hosts’ personalities, with unique touches added to the ambience. The aim was to create a dazzling and enchanting experience that left guests talking about it for days.”

When it comes to design, the smallest of details can contribute to making the event a stunning one. Aman adds, “It combined the ‘Retro Modern Look’ and ‘Glam Evening’ concept to create a magical and memorable event. The vintage elements blended with modern touches created a unique and sophisticated ambience. The luxurious atmosphere conveyed a sense of opulence and glamour, while the perfectly lit stage added a dramatic look to the performances. The tunnel of fairy lights leading into the venue gave the guests a dreamy feeling, making it a night to remember.”

Regardless of the scarce time in hand, the work went ahead in full steam as the design team gave all their efforts to ensure the design was on point. Aman shares, “The team finalized the whole decor for the event just six days before the big day. Due to the limited time available, every structure had to be fabricated from scratch. Even the 90ft passage, which added a touch of glamour to the entrance, was only finalized two days before the event. Despite the tight timeline, the team worked diligently to ensure that everything was ready for the event.
With only 24 hours to execute the event, the team faced several challenges during the on-ground execution. However, their dedication and hard work paid off in the end. In spite of the obstacles faced, the team was able to deliver the event on time and within budget. The final decor was stunning and exceeded the client’s expectations. The fabrication of structures was completed with precision and attention to detail, creating a unique and sophisticated ambience that impressed the guests.”

Strategically placed comfy furnishings and high-energy performance added to the heavy combo! The couple shares, “The stunning decor and attention to detail created a unique and sophisticated ambience that transported everyone to a dreamy world of glitz and glamour. The 90ft passage lit by a thousand fairy lights leading into the venue added a touch of magic. Despite the challenges faced during execution, the event was delivered on time and within budget, exceeding our expectations. Overall, the event was a huge success, and our guests left with lasting memories. The team’s dedication and hard work paid off, resulting in a memorable and magical experience.”
