StyleSpotting with Tanishq and Mumbai designer Mehvish Majithia
Bridal Fashion and Beauty - Jul 23, 2014
Introducing STYLESPOTTING WITH TANISHQ, a new feature on WeddingSutra where our Editorial team goes in search of stylish bridal looks with Tanishq, and some of the most exciting new bridal designers in the city.
For the first StyleSpotting feature, we found inspiration in Mumbai based bridal designer Mehvish Majithia’s Mughal Indian couture where the designer’s contemporary silhouettes and embroidery were a beautiful match to Tanishq’s exquisite jewellery pieces.

Mehndi Inspiration
This beautifully handcrafted traditional bridal lehenga is perfect for the Mehndi. The colors bring out the much needed fun for the occasion.

To add glamour to the look, get this beautiful Tanishq kundan polki neckwear set crafted in 22 kt gold with mehndi pattern, and make it the focal point of your ensemble.

A pair of gold stilettos, a messy hair up, a little pop of color on the lips and a Potli hand bag would make for a flawless bridal look.
Reception Sophistication
This floor length anarkali is an ideal pick for a wedding reception or any other occasion that needs less bling and more style. The teal color works beautifully with most skin tones.

Accessorize this look with a stunning choker from Tanishq crafted in 22 kt gold using white and tourmaline stones in kundan setting with dark blue chatai enamel.

A subtle pair of nude stilettos, a small clutch and fresh make up is all you need to carry off this creation.
