This lavender-themed haldi decor turned the chic factor up a notch!
Move over citrus palettes and marigolds for haldi! If you are on the hunt for unique, offbeat decor ideas, this lavender-hued Haldi ceremony at Raajsa Resort Kumbhalgarh is sure to have your heart! Planned and executed to perfection by talented teams of WeddingSutra Favorite vendors such as Elusive Dreams by Pooja Doshi, Mokshiva Entertainment, and DS Wedding & Events, this enchanting soiree painted a vibrant picture against the traditional palatial architecture of the gorgeous resort.
The New Zealand-based bride envisioned a haldi that combined unusual hues and quirky elements to give her guests a haldi experience unlike anything they may have had before, and the team of Elusive Dreams by Pooja Doshi brought her vision to life with exquisite creativity!
Delicate yet vibrant shades of lavender adorned every inch of the venue with flowers, cushions, drapes, vases, and more, while elements like pearls, hand-painted cups and kettles, glass trays, etc added to the refreshing summer vibe. The adorable haldi setup saw purple flowers and cabinets with cane baskets and dried flowers for that chic boho touch, topped by a unique canopy of purple and peach lampshades. Dressed in yellow amidst a sea of 400 lavender-clad friends and family, the couple stood out in a charming contrast as they were showered with haldi, flowers, and love.
Spearheading the decor and design of the occasion, Pooja shares, “Every Haldi ceremony we have done has been inspired by the most unusual and amazing of themes, from Lavender fields to the Tomatina Festival and even a beer garden. As designers, it is always exciting to be able to push our creativity and create brand new experiences each time for our clients”.
