Celebrities at Amit Thackeray and Mitali Borude’s Reception

Amit Thackeray, the son of Raj Thackeray got married to fashion designer and his childhood friend Mitali Borude. The grand reception was held at The St. Regis Mumbai. Take a look at some of the biggest names that were a part of their celebrations.
At the event, the bride-to-be looked stunning in a red and pink lehenga covered in large floral embroidery from Sabyasachi’s Guldasta collection seen earlier at Deepika’s reception. The groom, on the other hand, went with a three-piece suit that was complete with a royal blue jacket.
The legendary actor who needs no introduction, Amitabh Bachchan wore a navy bandhgala jacket with black floral motifs which was teamed with a pair of black trousers.
In a cream anarkali suit with intricate embroidery using black threads and sparkling embellishments, Madhuri Dixit looked nothing less than a dream.
The king of Bollywood, Shahrukh Khan was dapper in a classic black three-piece suite with a striped jacket and waistcoat.
Salman Khan made an appearance wearing a pair of jeans and a t-shirt along with a brown leather jacket and an embellished black belt.
Urmila Matondkar was spotted looking breathtaking in a lavender and gold kanjivaram saree that she paired with a mauve blouse and a kundan choker.
A black jodhpuri suit was veteran actor Jitendra’s outfit of choice that he styled with a traditional brooch.
Suniel Shetty and Mana Shetty were seen wearing contrasting colors. While the actor wore a crisp white kurta and dhoti, his wife chose a black outfit complete with a dupatta weaved in red and golden work.
Actor Farhan Akhtar rocked a traditional look by opting for a striped yellow kurta that he wore along with a beige bandhi and white pants.
Mukesh Ambani attended the celebration with his wife Neeta Ambani. While the business tycoon stuck to a classic black jodhpuri suit, his wife was graceful in a golden kurta and ivory dupatta.
Sachin Tendulkar made it to the reception in a well-fitted suit and a navy blue tie that complemented wife Anjali Tendulkar’s blue anarkali which featured pretty floral details.
Director Rohit Shetty was clicked at the function looking sharp in a grey suit with a chequered pattern.
