Wedding Functions
Mehndi
Team Koncepts Events & Wedding Planners shares, “At the mehndi event subtle hues were used generously in tune with the boho pastel decor. It was also filled with nostalgia as we incorporated the couple’s childhood photographs and other family pictures. These pictures were displayed on a wall at the entrance so that the guests could get a good look at it and feel the positive vibes the moment they entered the venue.”

White Wedding
Team Koncepts Events & Wedding Planners shares, “All the guests were given corsages and boutonnieres as they entered the ceremony. The bride, as she walked down the aisle looked so graceful, that the guests were overcome with emotion. After the exchange of promises, balloons were released into the sky, playful speeches were made, the bridal bouquet was tossed which led the bridesmaids to scramble amongst themselves and a champagne bottle was popped.”

Pool Party
The team shares, “This pool party was themed as ‘The Sailor’s Party’ with beachy elements incorporated in the decor. Bottles of sunscreen, sunglasses, larger-than-life oyster shells and sea horses put everyone in the mood to party. Engaging games along with a casino setup kept the guest on their toes. In the end, everyone took a dip into the pool to cool off!”

Mata Ki Chowki
After the vibrant celebrations, it was time for some peaceful devotion. Keeping the spirituality of the occasion in mind, the decor adhered to tradition with red hues, Indian blooms, lotus blossoms and the guests turning up in Punjabi attire.

Haldi
When it comes to grand Indian weddings, Rajasthan ranks on top! Keeping this in mind the planning team pulled off a ‘Flavors of Rajasthan’ themed haldi ceremony where the guests were transported to the winding lanes of the vibrant state! The venue was divided into three parts and the décor of these three sections represented Rajasthan’s most popular cities, namely, Jaipur, Jodhpur and Jaisalmer. All three sections were packed with games, favour stalls and Rajasthani cuisine food stalls.

Sangeet
“At Gujarati weddings, garba is a must! The sangeet which also doubled up as the Garba night, followed the ‘Raasleela’ theme inspired by Vrindavan. The couple’s entry and all the performances were choreographed on Gujarati songs. Safe to say, the entire wedding party had a gala time dancing the garba till the very last hour of the night”, shared team Koncepts Events & Wedding Planners.

Wedding
For the vivacious bride, having her baraat procession was a must! Consequently, the planning team put together two baraats which met midway to form a big concert. Following this, a varmala ceremony on a specially constructed stage mesmerized the guests. The vast wedding mandap was an opulent one with red hues, suspended white blooms and a floor printed with ethnic patterns.
After the wedding, the couple jetted off to Mumbai to celebrate their mamera and reception which had a guestlist of almost 2500 people!
