They say what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas. But what happens when you have a Vegas-style rager in India, well, we’re here to spill the beans.
When party starter experts from the wedding industry start conjuring up a celebration, you know a wonderland will unfold. Krupa Doshi and Ruchit Mehta managed a shindig for the ages in exotic Amby Valley.
Fresh from its re-launch, Amby Valley opened its gates and this party swung right in. With WeddingSutra Favorites Kkings Events and Swaaha WMC on their team, the ‘Dementia Land’ themed bash truly sets some major goals. From toothy grins and carefree laughs to blurry moments, WeddingSutra Favorite Reels & Frames caught it all. Together, the three spirited teams made sure the event was smooth sailing! Here are some mind-boggling details shared with us.
Keeping in mind the groom’s dream of hosting a 24-hour bash, the event was divided into two, The Carousal and Classic Insanity.
With fancy food counters, an elaborate 20-feet butterfly stage set-up, the Carousal sure did begin the day with a surprise! The property’s poolside got a vibrant makeover with colorful drapes, bright umbrellas, and Ferris wheel miniatures all over!
A fun fact about the groom’s quirky attire; he designed it himself! And carrying it off with such swag, he definitely made a statement. As for the music, DJ Madoc got the guests in a concert vibe which was enhanced with awesome stage effects and CO2 guns.
The Carousal party, got everyone drinking until they were silly. As the sun went down, the party moved to its next inning.
Classic Insanity welcomed guests into a winter wonderland with a 360-degree mapping.
Coupled with the low temperature at Aamby, the vibe was truly excellent. The 360-degree mapping was supported with a highlight island bar. Standing behind the counter and handling the drinks was a popular name in the industry, Binny Dhadwal of DRINQ!
Live performances by reputed artists had everyone grooving until the couple made a grand entry. Classic turned to Insanity as DJ Amann Nagpal took to the stage with his team. While the entire event was an unusual one, the biggest highlight was the champagne bottle our groom popped. Now a 24-hour cocktail does call for something different right? Ruchit popped a 9-litre champagne bottle and after showering everyone with the bubbly, let’s just say they made history, including some historical hangovers!
