When Shraddha Kapoor walked the ramp for Falguni and Shane Peacock at India Couture Week 2020 in the peak of the pandemic to promote their “Marry Me in Jaipur” collection, we cheered the designer duo for embracing the brightest of reds. In a sea of pastels, let’s not overlook the brides who still favor classic reds but need fashionable silhouettes. Shraddha wore a bespoke bridal red raw silk Lehenga with fuchsia pink and emerald green silk and metal thread work details but the fit and styling was anything but old school. She wore tulip inspired handcrafted emerald and Polki jewelry from the Majestic collection by Archana Aggarwal highlighted with blue enamel Peacock, dazzling ruby drops, fine south sea pearls, and gorgeous emerald centerpiece.
