The IP known as ANANT EPCC – translates as the Event Planners Confluence & Culfest. An annual event which will bring together Tourism Boards, leading hotel brands and Event planners in a networking and showcase platform, the aim of ANANT EPCC is an to encourage business and ideas exchange between the participants and other stakeholders of the Indian Events industry. While the agenda of the EPCC will vary each year, the focus will always remain to benefit the Indian Event industry looking to plan events at varied overseas destinations.
The First Edition of ANANT EPCC, in association with the Sri Lanka Tourism board, Hotels & Entertainment service providers in Sri Lanka, was a specially curated conclave dedicated to introducing and promoting Sri Lanka as a premier and idyllic wedding destination for Indian weddings. With an exclusive office in Colombo, We Konsult is all set to make Sri Lanka the top destination for Indian weddings. The First Edition of ANANT EPCC was an extravagant celebration to mark this new milestone while showcasing We Konsult’s commitment to innovation. Pushing the envelope when it comes to innovation, We Konsult crafted an immersive experience at the conclave for over 65 leading Event planners pan India. The conclave expertly bridged the gap between information and inspiration, allowing attendees to envision the magic of destination weddings and events in Sri Lanka by means of informative conversations as well audio-visual platforms.
The ANANT EPCC was divided into 2 parts – the Event Planners Confluence, which took place during the day followed by the Event Planners Culfest, a cultural extension of the EPCC, held on Aatham, the 8th day of Navratri, a day that symbolizes endless and infinite energy.
The Event Planners Confluence, was filled with informative conversations and valuable networking sessions where the wedding industry’s top players gained valuable information on how to go about planning a wedding in Sri Lanka. However, as the day transitioned into the evening, it was time for ANANT Culfest, aptly named “ANANT Aatham,” a magical garba night celebrating the cultural richness of Gujarat. Curated by Prasang Event Excellence, their expertise extended seamlessly to this cultural extravaganza, ensuring that attendees were immersed in a night to remember.
Overall, ANANT EPCC_2023 exemplified the true spirit of collaboration and innovation that drives the Event Planning industry. We Konsult stood at the forefront, demonstrating their commitment to excellence and their ability to curate events that capture the imagination.
