A dreamy, impromptu photoshoot set amidst the locales of Singapore
Pre Wedding Photoshoots - Mar 27, 2020
A last-minute surprise pre-wedding photoshoot in Singapore resulted in first-class pictures for Chandani and Mayank.
A casual and romantic pre-wedding photoshoot amidst the modern cityscape and calm beaches of Singapore was beautifully conceptualized and captured by WeddingSutra Favorite – Kodoclicker. The team accommodated the shoot at the last minute and thoroughly researched the best places and times to conduct a dreamy sequence in Singapore.
How They Met
This love story is about two colleagues, Chandani and Mayank, who worked as risk consultants in the same firm in Mumbai and fell in love over time. They are now based in Amsterdam. The duo like splurging on food and shopping, and have travelled the world together, thereby creating beautiful memories from their trips to Australia, New Zealand, the US and Europe.
The couple did not plan on having a pre-wedding shoot. It all happened in Singapore when Chandani was on a work trip that also coincided with her birthday week. And what better way to surprise your beau than with a photoshoot on their birthday. Mayank got in touch with Kodoclicker a week before taking a surprise trip to Singapore. He also planned his outfits to match her dresses.
Mayank shares, “We didn’t think of any theme, or a location or one particular pose for this one due to the paucity of time which meant we had to arrange everything at the last minute. Chandani was too picky about what to wear and when, while I was enjoying the process.”
Chandani adds, “We had an awesome time with our photographer as she was super friendly. We enjoyed the vibe and the beauty of the sunset at Tanjong Beach Club, Sentosa, that got us in the mood to pose. The romantic white Cavenagh Bridge suspended over the Singapore River gave us our best early morning shots. There was this one instance where a couple wouldn’t leave our frame, and the funniest bit was they started striking the same pose as ours. We had our share of fun during our shoot with random people coming in and congratulating us.”
