Paris immediately evokes images of romance, beauty and culture. It has, over the years, come to symbolize romantic love even as the beauty of its architecture and the historical wealth of its streets overwhelm even the most jaded of tourists and thrill the enthusiastic visitor. Paris is eternal and it will perhaps never be cliché to want a pre-wedding shoot in Paris.
Ravina and Aditya could not resist the lure of Paris. And to add a little spice, they planned a ‘Save the Date’ shoot in Turkey’s most beautiful city – Cappadocia. Ravina, and the team who captured this beautiful couple – WeddingNama share some highlights from the shoot.
Team WeddingNama knew Ravina and Aditya wanted a fairytale photo shoot in the world’s most romantic city, “Usually couples hire local photographers but these two liked our work a lot. So, we planned a save-the-date shoot in Cappadocia, Turkey and a pre-wedding photo shoot in Paris. To make sure that the photographs looked unique, we had many discussions to finalise wardrobe, location recce, etc.” Team WeddingNama reiterates the importance of location in any shoot, “There is extensive travel involved and a lot of research goes into finding the perfect spot. For instance, we discovered the amazing landscape of Cappadocia and how all the hot air balloons rise up together at the same time every single day. And guess what, till date, no one has ever gone to this beautiful location for a couple shoot.”
Ravina says enthusiastically, “We were tired of the same old same old photo-shoot pictures and wanted something really different. Ankita and Akash of WeddingNama helped us execute it. It was the most beautiful feeling!” The idea of Paris was a no-brainer, “Paris would create memories for a lifetime so saying yes to Paris was definitely easier than saying yes to marriage! Also Aditya loves traveling and discovering new places and what better place to explore than Paris? The most special and unforgettable memory was when we both ran along with our photographers and team to catch the Eiffel Tower lights which light up just for 5 minutes. It took us 3 minutes to reach the spot and we managed to get our best shots within the last 2 minutes.”
The couple was all praises for WeddingSutra Favorite WeddingNama. They said, “It was a fabulous experience working with them as they made every shot look magical. We can’t believe it’s been a year and a half to our marriage but our shoot is much talked about even today as one of the top destination photo shoots! All thanks to Aditya for making it happen and Ankita and Akash for making the most of it!”
